Our program is mastery-based, meaning students move forward only when they’ve truly understood a concept—not just memorized it. With clearly defined skills charts and a simple mastery scale (Not Yet • Student Can • Competent • Mastered), students track their own progress and build real confidence in what they’ve learned.

High school students take an active role in their learning by regularly self-assessing their competency level, helping them learn to reflect honestly on their progress. In electives, students help define what mastery looks like for their chosen goals—developing responsibility, independence, and pride in their achievements.

We support more than academics—we also focus on real-world skills, emotional growth, and helping students build a sense of purpose.

👨‍👩‍👧 Sibling Discount Bonus

All enrolled families receive a 10% sibling discount, and founding families will also receive an additional $100 off per sibling enrolled by August 9th.

📝 Registration Fee Waived

The $100 registration fee is completely waived for all founding families who enroll by August 9th.

🌈 Bonus: Free Month of VIBES Kids Club

Founding families will also receive one free month of our after-school and weekend VIBES Kids Club for each enrolled student.

All Grades (K–12): $6,000 per student

💳 Payment Options

Choose the plan that works best for your family:
• Monthly: $600/month (10 payments)
• Weekly: $150/week (40 payments)
• Pay in Full: $5,800 (save $200)

👨‍👩‍👧 Sibling Discount

Families with multiple children enrolled receive:
• 10% off each additional child — that’s $600 off per sibling
• This discount can be combined with the $200 Pay-in-Full savings

🎓 Additional Costs & Requirements

• Registration Fee: $100 per student (waived for founding families who enroll by August 9th)
• Technology: All students must have a laptop or Chromebook
 – Younger students may use low-cost refurbished devices (starting at $40)
 – High schoolers must meet minimum tech specs for coursework
• School Supplies: List provided before the start of school
• Electives: Some materials or outside courses may carry additional costs depending on the student’s personalized plan

High School Only:
• Transcript Requests: $10 each
• Senior Graduation Fee: $325
 – Includes transcript preparation, diploma, and use of the school space for up to 2 hours for a private graduation ceremony or party (to be scheduled by the family)
 – Cap, gown, and announcements not provided

🤝 Sliding Scale & Partial Scholarship Opportunities

We understand that traditional tuition may not be accessible for every family — and we believe passionate, committed students deserve access to a learning environment that fits their needs. That’s why we offer a limited number of partial scholarships through our Founding Family Sliding Scale Program.

How It Works

Scholarships are considered on a case-by-case basis and awarded to families who demonstrate both financial need and a strong alignment with the Vibrant Minds mission and values.

To be considered, families must:

1. ✍️ Submit a Letter of Intent
   Email us a thoughtful letter explaining:
   • Why you believe Vibrant Minds is the right fit for your child
   • How your child would benefit from our learning environment
   • Your family’s commitment to our community
   • The amount of tuition your family can reasonably afford
2. 📄 Provide Basic Income Documentation
   Include a recent pay stub, tax return, or other simple proof of income.
3. 💬 Volunteer to Offset Remaining Tuition
   Families must commit to volunteering at a rate of $15/hour to cover any remaining tuition.
   (Example: $150/month scholarship = 10 volunteer hours/month)
4. 🧾 Pass a Background Check
   Any adult completing volunteer hours must pass a basic background screening.
